People behind the initiative

Founded by two INSEAD MBAs in 2021 to combat unemployment in the Middle East, TAP has created hundreds of high-tech jobs for Palestinians with backing from Fadi Ghandour (Wamda) and support from Swiss and Dutch governments, among many others.

In 2024, TAP launched Palestine's Future, a set of community initiatives uniting professionals across the globe to create mentorship and job opportunities for young Palestinian professionals towards a brighter future.
